Robin Rises: Alpha #1 review

Damian Wayne is back! We should have known the smart mouthed, know it all, son of Batman wouldn't stay dead forever. I for one am extremely happy to see him back. I wasn't much of a fan of his at the beginning, but the little bastard grew on me (LOL) and I guess it did on the creators as well because it's because of them he's back. This issue is written by Peter J. Tomasi with art by Jonathan Glapion and Andy Kubert.

Batman #37 review

A virus is spreading through Gotham and Batman is trying everything he can to stop it. He must fly to the center of Gotham to find patient zero to try and make a cure for the Joker's master piece that is spread by laughing and resists every antitoxin and antibody Batman has. Alfred said himself that the virus "seems almost unnatural". Is that because the Joker himself is "unnatural"?

Batman #36 review!

Holy crap Batman, Scott Snyder does it again! The second chapter of End Game looks like the start of a more terrifying story line than Death of the Family. Snyder loves to go back and build his stories from the ground up with a solid foundation, we see that here. We find out that this whole time we have been looking at the Joker. Batman really has his work cut out for him this time around with the whole Justice League being Jokerized and more Jokerized people popping every where.

Arkham Manor #1 review

This week DC Comics gave us a new series to become completely obsessed with. Arkaham Manor is written by Gerry Duggan with art by Shawn Crystal. Arkham Asylum has fallen apart and the inmates need a new place to live. So the mayor says move them into the Wayne Manor. Batman has sealed up the stairs to the Bat Cave and welcomed in the inmates. Not just the inmates, but himself as a patient as well. That's right Batman has checked himself into the loonie bin, under cover of course as Jack Shaw, a homeless vet.
