For the past 7 years the winners of Heroclix World Championship got to design their own Heroclix. They got to pick their favorite Marvel or DC character and design a dial for them. The past years people have chosen Black Adam, Mister Sinister, Stargirl, and 2013 Harley Quinn. The Harley Quinn Heroclix was designed by 2013 Golden Age champ Jetery.
So this wasn't suppose to be Lap Dance Harley. Jetery stated, “Haha. It was supposed to be Hostage Harley but Lapdance Harley is hilarious. Lets go with that one.”
Personally, I know I'm about to piss a lot of people off, I want it. I would love a lap dance from Harley. I know a lot of people are going to yell that he sexualized Harley, but that wasn't his intentions. She is only being sexualized now because that's the way people took it. They looked at this and saw what they wanted to see. This is kind of like when she had Deadshot tied up in Suicide Squad #7.
