There has been a ton of new Batman comics coming out from DC Comics. This is the last of the crop, for now anyways. Focusing not so much on Batman, but on Precinct 13 of GCPD. Precinct 13 deals with the supernatural crimes that go on in Gotham, and we know how many those are. The comic starts off with Sergeant Rook from internal affairs making a visit to Precinct 13. He is there to write up a report and shut the program down. But it won't be long until he sees that the work Precinct 13 does is more real than he thought. This issue us written by Ray Fawkes with art by Ben Timplesmith.
